Job description: Customer Service Apprentice Level 2
Salary: Apprentice.
Location: Ebbw Vale
Job purpose summary:
Provide a high-quality service to customers in person or online.
Main responsibilities:
- Provide a service to our customers both in person, telephone and online.
- Deal with orders and payments.
- Offer advice, guidance, and support to both customers and colleagues.
- Meet and greet, sales.
- Dealing with complaints and sometimes difficult customers.
- Aftercare service and gain insight through measuring customer satisfaction.
Goals
As part of your training you must work towards achieving the competencies of the training plan; undertake training and assessment as required under the training plan, keep a training record and produce this when required.
